From advising on real estate acquisitions or dispositions, and general business, to charitable planning, we are our clients first call. We act as outside general counsel to our family office and HNWI clients providing an efficient and cost effective outsourced solution.

We represent banks, mortgage companies, and funds in regulatory and lending transactions. In lending transactions, we have represented clients in real estate construction, real estate acquisitions, business, and asset based loans. We have represented clients in over USD one billion in financings.
International:
We consult and represent clients throughout the world in general business, corporate, infrastructure, financing, and other matters. Although we don't have a geographic focus, we have a significant experience in the following geographic regions: France, UK, India, Germany, and S. Korea.
Litigation:
We work closely with other law firms to handle our clients' litigation needs. We also assist in settlement negotiations and participating in alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
